Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ready Set Fire Trading website (“Site”) and the indicator suite, educational content, and member area we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is operated by Andy Campillo, sole proprietor, based in Poland.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not intended for any prohibited or sanctioned country or person.

3. Subscription & billing

RSF is sold as a recurring subscription processed through Stripe.

• Plan: Monthly Access — $39 USD per month, billed in advance.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your member account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
• Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, your access may be paused after a short grace period until payment is resolved.
• Price changes: We may change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase that would affect their renewal.

4. License to use the indicators

When you subscribe, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Apply our invite-only TradingView indicators to your personal TradingView account
• View and reference the walkthrough videos and written materials in the member area

You may not:

• Share your TradingView access with another person or account
• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the indicators, scripts, or materials
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to recover the source of protected-source or invite-only scripts
• Use the Service to operate an automated signal-resale, copy-trading, or alert-redistribution business
• Use any RSF marks or content in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without written permission

5. Intellectual property

All indicators, source code (whether protected or invite-only on TradingView), written content, video content, branding, and design on the Site remain the exclusive intellectual property of Andy Campillo / Ready Set Fire Trading. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

6. TradingView access

Indicator access is delivered as invite-only scripts on TradingView. You must provide your TradingView username so we can add you. Access is typically granted within 24 hours of payment but may occasionally take longer. If access is delayed beyond 72 hours, contact support@readysetfiretrading.com.

7. No financial, investment, or trading advice

The indicators and educational content provided by RSF are analytical tools and educational material only. They are not:

• Financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
• A signal service or recommendation to buy or sell any security
• A guarantee of profit or protection against loss

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or member area
• Use the Service to defame, harass, or harm anyone
• Submit false personal or payment information
• Use bots, scrapers, or automation to access the Service in ways that bypass billing or access controls

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, for material breach of these terms.

10. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time by canceling. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms, attempt fraud, or charge back payments without first contacting us. On termination, your TradingView invite-only access will be revoked.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular trading outcome.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSF, Andy Campillo, and any agents shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses, missed gains, or financial outcomes resulting from your use of the indicators
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, downtime, or third-party service failures (TradingView, Stripe, GoDaddy, Memberstack)

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
