Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Ready Set Fire Trading (“RSF”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Andy Campillo, a sole proprietor based in Poland. We sell access to TradingView indicators and educational walkthroughs at readysetfiretrading.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

2. Data we collect

Account & subscription data

• Email address and password (hashed) — managed by our authentication provider, Memberstack
• Optional: TradingView username, so we can grant invite-only indicator access
• Subscription status, plan, and billing history (start date, renewal date, cancellation)

Payment data

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or banking details on our servers. Stripe sends us a minimal token plus the last four digits of your card, the brand, and your billing country.

Usage data

• IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
• Pages viewed on our site and approximate session duration
• Member area sign-in events and time on members pages

Communications

If you email us at support@readysetfiretrading.com, we retain the email content and your email address for support history.

3. How we use your data

• Deliver the service — grant TradingView access, run the member dashboard, send walkthrough video links
• Process payments — charge subscriptions through Stripe, send receipts, handle failed payments
• Support — answer your questions, troubleshoot access issues
• Service emails — payment receipts, renewal reminders, account changes, new indicator releases for members
• Legal compliance — tax reporting, fraud prevention, response to lawful requests

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for behavioral profiling outside our own service.

4. Third-party processors

We use a small number of trusted vendors. Each handles a specific function and has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Memberstack — authentication and member account management (memberstack.com/privacy)
• GoDaddy — website hosting (godaddy.com privacy)
• TradingView — indicator delivery via invite-only scripts (tradingview.com policies)
• YouTube — embedded walkthrough videos may set cookies when played (policies.google.com)

5. Cookies

Our site sets a small number of cookies and localStorage items, used only for:

• Keeping you signed in to your member account (Memberstack)
• Remembering display preferences (e.g. soft-gate state in the legacy members area)

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. YouTube may set its own cookies if you play an embedded video; if this concerns you, do not click play.

6. International transfers

Our processors (Stripe, Memberstack, GoDaddy, TradingView, YouTube) may store data in the European Union, the United States, and other jurisdictions. Each provides safeguards consistent with GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

7. Your rights under GDPR & similar laws

If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK, California, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent or object to processing
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these, email support@readysetfiretrading.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Data retention

• Active accounts: retained for the life of your subscription plus 12 months after cancellation
• Payment records: retained per local tax law (typically 5–7 years)
• Support emails: retained up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion

9. Children

RSF is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and notify active members by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
