Refund Policy

The short version
If you sign up and decide RSF isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full. After that, you can cancel any time to stop future billing, but past charges are non-refundable.
1. 7-day refund window for new subscribers
Because we don't want anyone stuck paying for a tool they don't use, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on your first payment.
To qualify:
- You are within 7 calendar days of your first successful payment
- You email support@readysetfiretrading.com with your account email and the reason (optional, but appreciated — it helps us improve)
We will process the refund through Stripe within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
2. After the 7-day window
After 7 days, RSF subscriptions are non-refundable. This is standard for digital subscription products. We deliver continuous access to live indicators, ongoing updates, and educational content from the moment you subscribe.
If you don't want to continue, simply cancel:
- Sign in to readysetfiretrading.com/members/ → Account & Billing
- Click “Cancel subscription”
- Or email support@readysetfiretrading.com and we'll process it manually
You retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. No future charges will occur.
3. Renewal payments
The 7-day refund window applies to your first payment only, not to subsequent monthly renewals. Renewals are not refundable.
If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us and we will consider a goodwill refund on a case-by-case basis — usually accepted if (a) you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and (b) you have not accessed members content since the renewal.
4. Pricing changes and pro-ration
We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. If a price change is announced in advance and you choose not to continue, you can cancel before the new price applies; you will not be billed at the new rate after cancellation.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Most issues — whether refund-eligible or not — can be resolved within 24 hours by email. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination and loss of access without refund.
6. Special cases
- Duplicate payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate immediately on request.
- Service unavailable: If our service is unavailable due to our error for more than 7 consecutive days, you may request a pro-rated credit toward your next billing cycle. (TradingView outages, your TradingView account issues, or third-party platform outages do not qualify.)
- Loss of TradingView access not caused by us: If your TradingView account is suspended or terminated by TradingView for reasons unrelated to RSF, we cannot refund your subscription — the indicators are still licensed to you, but TradingView is the delivery platform.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@readysetfiretrading.com with:
- The email address on your RSF account
- Approximate date of the payment you want refunded
- (Optional) A line on why — this is genuinely useful feedback for us
Most refund requests are processed within 1–2 business days.
