Trading Risk Disclaimer
Last updated: May 27, 2026
Trading futures, options, equities, forex, cryptocurrency, and other leveraged or speculative instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose all of the capital you deposit, and in some cases more.
The indicators, walkthroughs, and educational content offered by Ready Set Fire Trading are analytical tools and educational material only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and they are not a signal service or a recommendation to enter, exit, or hold any position. Every trading decision you make is your own.
1. No financial or investment advice
Andy Campillo and Ready Set Fire Trading are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, financial planners, or commodity trading advisors with any regulatory authority in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this website, in our indicators, in our videos, in our emails, or in any other communication should be interpreted as personalized investment advice.
Before making any trading or investment decision, you should consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction who is familiar with your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, and objectives.
2. Past performance is not indicative of future results
Any chart screenshots, historical setups, video examples, or backtested outcomes shown on our Site or in our materials are presented for illustrative and educational purposes. They do not represent the experience of any specific user and they do not predict or guarantee future performance.
Market conditions change. A strategy or indicator that worked in one regime may not work in another.
3. Hypothetical and simulated results
If any performance numbers, hypothetical examples, or simulated trades are presented, they are subject to inherent limitations. Among other limitations:
- Hypothetical or simulated results do not reflect actual trading, and the risk and emotion of real trading are absent.
- Slippage, commissions, fees, missed fills, and platform outages are not always reflected in simulated results.
- Hindsight selection of charts and setups can produce results that are not achievable in live trading.
4. Leverage and margin warnings
Futures, prop-firm evaluation accounts, options, forex, and cryptocurrency derivatives are typically traded with leverage. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses.
- You can lose more than the initial margin in a leveraged position.
- Margin calls can force liquidation at the worst possible moment.
- Prop-firm accounts may have rules that disqualify you from payouts even on a profitable account.
5. Tools, not signals
RSF indicators measure observable conditions on a chart — trend slope, value-area acceptance, EMA compression, pivot structure, and so on. They print labels and alerts when their internal logic conditions are met. They are not buy/sell recommendations.
You are responsible for:
- Reading the market in context (news, session timing, broader trend)
- Setting your own stop-loss, take-profit, and position size
- Verifying every signal with your own judgment before acting on it
- Following your own trading plan and risk rules
6. No guarantee of profit
We do not guarantee profits, win rates, or any specific trading outcome. We do not claim that our indicators will make you money. We do not claim that you will pass a prop-firm evaluation. We do not claim that following our framework will produce any particular result for any particular trader.
Most retail traders lose money over time. Studies and broker disclosures consistently show that the majority of leveraged retail accounts are unprofitable on an annual basis. Educational tools and indicators do not change that base rate — only sustained skill, discipline, and risk management do.
7. Personal responsibility
By subscribing to or using any part of the Ready Set Fire Trading service, you confirm that:
- You understand the risks of leveraged trading and accept full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes
- You will only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely
- You will not hold Andy Campillo, Ready Set Fire Trading, or any affiliate liable for trading losses, missed gains, or any consequences arising from your use of our indicators or content
- You will consult licensed professionals where appropriate for tax, legal, and personalized financial advice
8. Testimonials and member feedback
Any testimonials, reviews, or member feedback shared on the Site or in our materials reflect the personal experience of individual users. They are not representative of the typical user experience and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of any outcome for you.
9. Jurisdiction and regulation
Trading regulations vary by country. It is your responsibility to ensure that your trading activity complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including tax reporting, market access rules, and any restrictions on derivatives or cryptocurrency trading.
10. CFTC Rule 4.41 reference (US users)
CFTC Rule 4.41: Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
